Returns & Exchanges

At Sakura Hoseki, we want you to be completely enamored with your jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Sakura Hoseki presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our studio, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
